Investigators from the Peel Regional Police Homicide Bureau are requesting the public’s assistance in locating a man wanted in relation to the murder of Orrin Marlon EARLE. At approximately 11:50 pm, on Monday, June 30th, 2008, officers responded to a report of shots fired in an apartment located at 7170 Darcel Avenue in the Malton area of Mississauga. Officers located a 28 year-old male victim, Orrin Marlon Earle of Mississauga, suffering from obvious signs of trauma and he was pronounced dead at the scene. Investigators from the Peel Regional Police Homicide Bureau have conducted further investigation into this murder. As a result, an Arrest Warrant for Obstruct Police and a number of Firearm Related Offences has been issued for Junior Mark Anthony BENNETT, a 24 year old male of no fixed address. Bennett has a street name of “Blacks”. A photograph of BENNETT is below.
